Beta-testing of new MACHINE started

Public beta-testing of a new version of MACHINE started today in #ranks-test. Everyone is welcome to take part in the testing.

Here are some of the new stuff:

Machine now updates the stats all by herself immediately when scoring is over. No more scanning of logs in other words.

Milliseconds in !scorers line like this:
Scorers this round: 1)Spears [HAHA] 4.925 (996.8, 3345ms) 2)Chertan 4.925 (996.4, 3741ms) 3)teemu` [VIISAS] 4.650 (985.8, 14220ms)

Team-average:
Best score (or fool if someone fools) in the team counts on each scoring.

Team captains:
Each team will now have a captain, who can kick members and invite new ones

All "list-commands" (like !scorers, !avgtop, !srowtop etc) are no longer just top10, you can use them as the stasibutt commands like this: !scorers 11 20
